Need help treating your trees? We offer preventive and corrective systemic insecticide treatments for Hemlock Woolly Adelgid. This service is available as an add-on for land managers with existing integrated HWA management plans. Out-of-state (TN) contract minimum is $6,000 per year.
Protecting the Environment
We believe that chemical treatment of HWA can be performed in a safe and effective manner, causing minimal impacts on the environment. Additionally, insecticide treatment is a crucial part of integrated HWA management and is necessary to achieve complete control of HWA, especially in lower-latitude states where winter mortality of HWA is low. Treatment should always be performed by a licensed professional with appropriate training and experience.
